Due to traffic congestion on the Evanston Sub, UP dispatcher 6 has instructed the train crew of the KOAMN (Oakland, CA - Marion, AR) to tie down their train in the center siding at Echo. After that, the crew will 'leapfrog' in a bus to a K-Line stack train a couple of trains ahead of it Echo Canyon. The parked KOAMN would later continue its journey east to Green River when a relief crew arrived from Ogden a couple of hours later.
