| Departing CSX's Russell Terminal, a relatively clean ES44AC leads an empty coal drag past C&O's RU Cabin that once protected movements in and out of the east side of the yard. The four track mainline still receives a lot of daily traffic, though dispatching is handled out of Huntington and operations in/out of the yard are protected by the Russell Yardmaster, located near the sight of the former C&O coal hump yard inside the terminal. |
