| While early morning haze and mist lies in the still valley, Southern No. 630 storms up Christiansburg Mountain while throwing out a majestic plume of white smoke contrasting against the surrounding mountains. We are in Shawsville, Va., and the sound of a steam locomotive is permeates the hills once again bringing back memories to the N&W glory days. |
