| A local based out of Altoona heads for the west side of Eau Claire with cars for the Menards distribution center. This bridge was opened in 1911 to replace a single track bridge barely visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The Cascade Tissue factory in the background was once a major shipper for the CNW and Milwaukee Road in Eau Claire, but no longer ships by rail. |
