Southern Pacific and Rio Grande EMDs lead UP's LUH44 'dirt train' local east through Riverton, Utah on May 19, 1999. The SP 8694 was built by EMD as Erie Lackawanna SDP45 #3665 in Aug. 1970. Sadly, it was wrecked in a rear-end collision at Bertram, California on Nov. 10, 2007.
