| Recently rebuilt and repainted by G&W shop forces in Panama City, Florida, a Utah Railway GP38-3 gleams in the low evening light at the joint Savage Bingham & Garfield and Utah Railway yard at Midvale. Image captured from Midvale's 9th Avenue crossing when the 2004 was shut down. |
