Illinois Central train CHG passes Tuscola Tower (TY) at Tuscola, Illinois, on June 12, 1990. This tower was operated by the IC until closed in October 1992; protecting the crossing of the IC with UP (former C&EI/Missouri Pacific) and CSX (former B&O).
