Rolling stock is useless unless we have a solid foundation, and good track to run it on. A Norfolk Southern Maintenance of Way welder re-conditions a frog, while his spotter keeps watch on a southbound manifest holding at 32nd Street. NS MofW teamwork. Taken by NS employee with permission.
