CRR 3013, an SD40 from the first batch of SD40's the Clinchfield ordered from EMD sits in Spartanburg, SC awaiting their next assignment. Another batch of SD40's would follow a year after this photo was taken along with GE U36C's, although, none of them would receive the wonderful gray and yellow that the subject received. 35mm slide from my collection, photographer unknown.
