Three new EMD SD70MACs are headed north on their first trip after being built in Mexico, on their way to work in the Powder River Basin. Leading an empty coal train at Tonville, Colorado, on May 21, 1998, are Nos. 9869, 9870 and 9867 leading six older SD70MACs. They will never be this orange again…
