Emporia-Kansas City local freight #162 is in the siding at Burlingame, Kansas, in August 1968, to let train #24 pass. U28CG 350 leads #24. Train #162 has just returned from a side trip to Alma, Kansas, and is now about ready to head east toward Topeka and Kansas City.
