An empty train returning from GA Power's Plant Yates heads back to the mines for reloading. This is actually the rear of the train; the train would operate 2+1 loaded to the plant, and 1+2 returning, since there is no balloon track at Yates. This was one of the last runs of this train, as Yates has been recently converted to natural gas.
