With a mode of conveyance seemingly quaint in contemporary railroading, a Rio Grande track patrolman awaits train 664's passage before proceeding on the Tintic Branch to Springville. D&RGW's trusty Fairmont Speeders fell into disfavor after the SP merger when highrail trucks took over. Genola, Utah on June 10, 1988
