On September 13th (Friday the Thirteenth), severe flooding washed out a fill on UPs Moffat Tunnel Subdivision. 24 days later, crews are still working to get the line completely reopened. Here, a single unit creeps along at restricted speed in out-of-service limits, heading for Plain. Once there, it will shuffle some cars before return to Denver in the evening. It is just after 7am as the sun breaches the horizon.
