Remarks & Notes

A Rio Grande SD50 finds itself assigned to the HPROC, making a switch move at Provo Yard. The 5506 was built new for the D&RGW by EMD in Sept. 1984. It is looking great after seven years of hard labor hauling coal through the river canyons of Utah and Colorado.
