It's got dynamic brakes, something L&N didn't buy on it's 35s so it's got to be an ex-C&EI unit relocating within the big terminal. Note the footboards, the lack of ditch lights, an intact builder's plate, one tiny little antenna and the fact that we just drove around shooting pictures for quite a while and it was no problem.
