Remarks & Notes
Autumn gold to winter white
Mother Nature can’t decide what season to be in as an eastbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe grain train descends Mullan Pass and curves over Montana Rail Link's Austin Creek Trestle at Skyline, Montana, on October 11, 1997. An all-EMD lash up consisting of SD45 No. 325, leading MRL's only SDP40, a BN SD40-2 and a blue SD40, powers the train.
