| The crew for the Saginaw area local Z117 took a set of run-through power south with what would normally be Z127 for a rare daylight movement. I took the trip down here to catch the rare visitor ICE 6101 that you probably noticed trailing. But as my luck would have it, the crew pulled a typical LSRC and ran the power elephant style back to Flint even though the yard in Saginaw is basically one big wye. I'm generally a fan of long hood forward but now was just not the time. But anyway, here the train is seen at Outer Drive on the south side of Saginaw making the trip to Flint, Michigan. |
