Remarks & Notes
One of the prettiest little Pacifics you'll ever see--Louisville & Nashville K2A class number 152 (Rogers, class of 1905)--is panned as she sprints along the former L&N Lebanon Branch for her owner, the Kentucky Railway Museum. Sadly, this grand machine is laid up now, awaiting funds for a 1472-mandated FRA rebuild. Would it not be awesome to see this engine under steam again--and particularly if she could romp, again, down the main line? You can just catch the reflection of the fire on the front of the tender, so the fireman was shoveling coal at the instant of this shot.

Pace and pan shots of trains. If you're not in the locomotive cab or on-board the train, it's the next best thing to being there.
