A great day for chilean state railways ... Baldwin-Westinghouse electric locomotive (behind the shovelnose locomotive GE/ALCo 105t), E-28 series, built in USA in 1922 and the last existing, is rescued from abandonment in a garage of Limache city (Valparaiso region), and transferred in a special train, for their care, repair and restoration.
