| Curfews have begun to take effect between Harper's Ferry and Weverton on the Cumberland Sub. This time for work on the Harper's Ferry Tunnel in order to accommodate the future shipments of domestic doublestack containers. CSX 22 leads empty hopper train E704 out of the tunnel. |
