Remarks & Notes |
The Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway has but one viaduct and this crosses the Avon Gorge. The waters of the River Avon pass far below as they make their way towards the Firth of Forth at Grangemouth and thence to the sea. Newly repainted in BR livery, ex-LNER Gresley 'D49' class 4-4-0 No. 62712 'Morayshire' looks absolutely wonderful amidst the splendour of spring colours as she heads a freight in a perfect recreation of a 50s branch line scene. |
