Remarks & Notes
Having visited a car repair shop somewhere along the system recently, this aggregate hopper stands out from its neighbors with a fresh coat of paint. But what’s really surprising and noteworthy here is the use of the tan paint scheme on this car since it is typically applied only to the covered hopper fleet. Perhaps whoever did the repainting was out of the normal gray or black usually seen on the aggregate hopper fleet and had to resort to this one of a kind look.
