Brand new wheelsets are waiting for their future use in the bogies of newly built freight cars at the "Josef Meyer, Rheinfelden" shops.
The company, situated in Rheinfelden, was known as a developer/constructor for different flat, intermodal and tank cars. Due to a lack of new orders (cheaper to get cars from factories in the eastern part of Europe) this innovative company has shut down their freight car building part some years ago.
