By a gorgeous summer day, CN 403 pass the Montmagny station. Built in 1880, the building will be subject to several changes and renovations over the years. In 1986, VIA Rail carries out major work to modernize its facilities. A few years later, they announced the closure of the premises and possibly the demolition of the station. In 1998, the City of Montmagny acquires the abandoned building to hold cultural activities.
