| Third in the collection of immaculate locomotives of association "Mikado 1244" in Brugg (AG) is 3000 HP express train electrolocomotive Ae 4/7 # 11026, built by SLM and BBC in 1934 for the SBB. The smoke above the locomotive is coming from the original coal fired kitchen of the former CIWL diner WR 2749, which was operated stationary on the occasion of the open doors day 2014 in "Bahnpark Brugg (AG)" by Dampfgruppe Zürich (VDZ). WR 2749 was built in 1925 by SA OFFICINE MECCANICHE ITALIANE in Reggio-Emilia/Italy for the CIWL (Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits et des Grands Express Europeens). |
