Remarks & Notes
The KB&S ran a train From Iroquois Jct., to Stockland Elevator on the Danville line while busting a few drifts in between. The train ended up making a double run at a stubborn drift behing Wagner's Bird Seed. Here at Stockland KB&S employees are seen opening up a frozen switch and cleaning off the front porch of the 703 before delivery is made to the elevator. The fellas of the KB&S have done this type of thing a time or two.. Check out the Milwaukee Road switch stand, this was once the MILW's Southeastern Line.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
