Remarks & Notes 
From this angle it's hard to tell, but it's no longer an F40. The prime mover was removed and it's just an NPCU (Non Powered Control Unit), albeit with HEP capability. It was made to look as much like an active F40 as possible for use with the Amtrak Exhibit Train. If only it had been made to really come alive once again...
