Remarks & Notes
Running on the Sentrarand avoiding line, this set of five 18E's hauling type CAR open wagons, is seen crossing the Kliprivier, shortly before reaching the junction with the Germiston - Vereeniging line at Skansdam. The leading locomotive is 18 005, one of the very first 6E1's to be rebuilt as a class 18E in 2001.
