| A UP freight train makes its way through downtown Kansas City passing the historic Union Station which is celebrating its centennial this year. Thanks to help from the public and private sectors this station was saved from a most certain demolition when it closed in the 1980s, unfortunately the same could not be said for the stations in Birmingham or Atlanta. |
