| Railroad Construction Company rebuilt the old Grumman Spur from the LIRR main line into Calverton Enterprise Park. They used the existing 1952 rail and replaced the rotted old ties. MP15AC 155 is seen at the River Avenue crossing dropping ballast. To the present day there is only one customer using the spur. Eastern Fence receives hopper cars of plastic pellets for production. |
