| The Empire Builder parallels the Ayd Mill Road along the Merriam Park Subdivision bound for Union Depot. The consists is short one sleeper car in the Seattle section (forward portion) and will remain that way through the month of November. Amtrak allocated an extra set of equipment for the Chicago - Washington Capitol Limited.
