| NMBS 2558 brings empty stock from an overnight train back to Belgium. NMBS 2558 was built by BN/ACEC as 2514 in 1960. In 1974, it was rebuild for service under both 3000V DC and 1500V DC for service between Brussel and Amsterdam. When they were replaced by new stock, they got other tasks such as these overnighttrains and freight. The building just above the train is the famous Oudenbosch Basilica which has a dome which is a smaller copy of the one of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. |
