This train set is both a DMU and a dual voltage EMU able to work under 1.5KV DC and 25KV 50Hz AC. It is seen working a Paris to La-Ferté-Milon service. From Paris East station to the Trilport junction, the train works as a EMU under 25KV 50Hz catenary. Then the line is non electrified and the diesel takes over.
The train travels on the Paris-Strasbourg main line, right before the Trilport station, on the bridge over the Marne river, near Meaux. There are 2 planes in the sky: this is where planes take their turn for landing at Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport (2 parallel runways). The boat is a classic "Péniche", a flat bottom river boat typical of river navigation in France and Belgium.
And, yes, there is also a car somewhere in the picture. And many birds too!
