Remarks & Notes
Big Boy 4011 has cut off its train from Cheyenne and soon will head for the Laramie roundhouse, where workers will ready it for another trip over Sherman Hill. In 1957, UP steam has two more seasons in front of it. Eight of the 25 Big Boys will survive in parks and museums, but the 4011 will not be among them.
