The Amtrak Crescent thunders over Suwanee Creek running four hours late with P42DC #156 decorated in the Phase 1 heritage paint scheme. The stone pillars in the foreground are most likely remnants of the Atlanta and Richmond Air-Line Railway whom built the first 53 miles of trackage northeast of Atlanta in 1871. |
