"Rare Breed"
An unusual visitor from the North leads CSX K408 through Bear Mountain, NY with the Bear Mountain Bridge in the background. Although the temperature was below freezing on this day, the ex-SOO SD60M had many rail enthusiasts trackside in hopes of getting a shot of the rare locomotive.
