Remarks & Notes

An eastbound Chicago and North Western inspection train curves through Wales, Wisconsin, in October 1983, with EMD F7 Nos. 401 and 402 powering the short three-car special. Not long after this photo, C&NW abandoned this line from Waukesha to Jefferson Junction, with the route becoming the Glacial Drumin State Trail.
