Remarks & Notes

Towards the end of 2009 DCD Dorbyl’s rolling stock division (RSD) supplied two shunting locomotives to Transnet Rail Engineering (the engineering division of Transnet Freight Rail). The two 24 ton diesel hydrokinetic (DHK) locomotives were delivered for use in their Kings Rest and Bayhead wagon yards in Durban. This one is pictured here at the Bayhead yard enjoying some off time.

From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
