Remarks & Notes
Winter has just begun, and the occupants of the Arlington station have firewood stacked under the platform roof as a Vermont Railway Rutland - Bennington turn rolls south'. Doing the honors is Clarendon & Pittsford GP7 752. This "torpedo boat" geep started life on the NP/BN, and has since migrated to the Belvidere & Delaware by way of the Black River & Western.
