Coupling onto four RBBB stock cars, CITX EMD SD70ACe No. 141 slows to a stop on the south edge of Norfolk Southern's Dickinson Yard near Charleston. After a quick power runaround and brake test, the CSX/CITX duo will depart north for the capital city for loading of the RBBB circus train.
