A shot on the bridge, or with the mountain... Why not both? A long hike out through the manzanita yielded this view looking back broadside at Dry Canyon Trestle with the 14,179-foot-high summit of Mount Shasta behind. The second of three northbounds that evening, the daily LA to Brooklyn Z train, cruises north over the trestle under a crystal clear June sky.
