On the morning before I flew back to Atlanta out of Minneapolis, I went down to Hastings, MN to try to capture some CP trains crossing the Mississippi River. The CP trains were a no-show, but I was able to capture this late-running Empire Builder crossing this huge bridge, which still maintains its old Milwaukee Road lettering. This would be the final shot I would take on this trip, which me and my dad took together a month and a half after I graduated high school.
