Classic EMD's at Boonton

Two permanent residents at the URHS yard were on display for an evening with New Jersey's Railroads. The open house this year falls on September 20 and will feature a wide array of equipment on display from EL 3372, the last surviving U34CH to NYC 4083 an E8 featuring the unique "Century Green" paint scheme which made its first appearance last year. The gates will open at 10:00 offering the general public an opportunity to see the progress being made on the various locomotives undergoing restoration.
