| Foreign power pulls a cut of West Virginia black diamonds from the loadout at Sylvester and ties down in the yard at Elk Run Junction on CSX's Big Coal Subdivision for the night. Soon, a road crew will run the power around and take the train back west towards the ex-C&O mainline. |
