Remarks & Notes

Union Pacific's Salt Lake City Diesel Shop, which opened in 1955, employed 500 workers during its peak in the 1970s. The shop was sold to the Utah Transit Authority in 2003, and renamed the Warm Springs Maintenance Facility.
