Amtrak number 9800, the carrier's First Class Conference Club car, sits in the Ivy City shops on January 22nd, 2015. This car is normally used for specials and charters, and the car bears Metroliner branding, paying homage to its roots. Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.
