| CSXT 3284 One of the new ET44AH Tier 4 Locomtives bought by CSX is assisting the loaded coal train to Watkins, VA through by the Hubbard Springs siding and is slowing down in order to flag a grade crossing at the 252.9 which has been reported as malfunctioning. ( randomly rining and gates going up and down all day) |
