In the last minutes of a clear October evening, westbound hopper train 66V dashes through the town of Ironton with the Norfolk Southern "Honoring First Responders" heritage unit at the lead, the first time this unique locomotive has traversed the ex-Norfolk & Western mainline. Ironton Fire's Engine 7, a 2007 Sutphen pumper, poses on the concrete pad between the mainline and the former DT&I Ironton Branch lead. A big thank you to the City of Ironton Fire Department for their assistance!
