| West Switch at High Pass Siding - At 1,967 feet in length, High Pass Siding is the highest point above sea level on the Desert Line.
The view here at the west switch of the siding is looking east towards Jacumba California (Campo and the border is behind us at this point). This rail line was embargoed in 2008 and there has not been revenue traffic though the tunnel since that time. |
